Overview
Most nails and screws in the tread can be fixed. We take the tyre off the rim, inspect it inside and out, and repair it properly — not just plug it from the outside. If the damage is in the sidewall or too close to the shoulder, we'll tell you straight that it's not safe and show you why.

Frequently asked questions
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Damage in the sidewall, near the shoulder, or a tyre that's been driven on flat usually can't be safely repaired. We'll always show you the damage and explain why.
Can you come to me?
Most of our stores run a 24-hour call-out — for fleets, farms and anyone stuck on the side of the road. Call your nearest store.
